These are some of the products I've been wearing on those warm (few) days. I'll either wearing a BB cream or light base, something thats not going to melt off or make me feel like I have a cake face full product. I just like a glowly-natural look, nothing crazy. The only foundation I have been using is the Clinique acne solutions. It has beautiful coverage for those not a "good skin day" and is very natural.
I've also dug out my bright nail polish's, perfect for the toes. I still wear natural colours on my nails Cream products are essential for me this time a year, even though I wear Chanel bronze universal year-round. I cannot recommend the new NARS Liquid blushes enough, they try to powder finish! The cream highlighters I like the most is the Becca Poured highlighter in Opal and the Marc Jacobs one too. I don't always wear cream eye shadows because I have oily eyelids, the cream eye shadows that I would reach for Laura Mericer Caviar sticks in Rose gold & Moonlight and the Josie Maran coconut watercolor eye shadows, my favourite colour is Rio de Rose Gold.

With the weather being so up and down this week in Toronto, I have been dreaming of the week where I can consistently where spring and summer clothes (insert sad face). But to be far, It was so warm on Wednesday, went up to 23 degrees! I took advantage a took a 2 hour walk to soak up all that vitamin C. I'm crossing my fingers for lots and lots of sunshine this weekend. So until Toronto decides to stay warm longer then 1-2 days, i'll just make all of my flatlays spring-summer theme. Have a great weekend!!
Love, Brittany Couple of days ago, over the Victoria day long weekend I went over to St. Jacob's. It's a village in Ontario, two hours away from Niagara Falls. It is such a cute little town to take pictures of and enjoy the little shops. I've found some unique finds over the last two or three years. They have some really lovely beach decor and fake plants that look so real! It was the perfect day to go since it was the only sunny day.
Hope you enjoyed your long weekend, see you again on Friday! Love, Brittany On May 16, I turned twenty-three, where did the time go! I have learned quite a bit about myself while being twenty two. This post is dedicated to all those things, hope you enjoy. One. Accepting myself for who I am and not being apologetic for it. Two. I travelled without my family this year, I went to Cuba with one of my friends. Three. I've overcome facing new situations all by myself. Four. I'm surrounded by amazing people and grateful to have them in my life. (you know who you are ; ) Five. Tried to be more positive. Six. I've learned to like being alone; I don't fear it anymore because, if your not comfortable being by yourself then how can you comfortable around other people. Seven. I've learned not to care what people think of me. Eight. i look at situations now as the "glass half fukll" . Nine. I've learned to just except people for who they are & that they won't change unless they want to. Ten. I don't carry people's emotions anymore. Eleven. I've fallen back in love with reading again. Twelve. Going on walks helps me when I'm anxious. Thirteen. I left my job that brought that me back on my feet, so I can purse my dream. Fourteen. I started my blog and have kept up with it. It just brings me so much joy and happiness. Fifteen. Learned to take compliments. Sixteen. I discovered i'm stronger then I give myself credit for. Seventeen. I fell in love with yoga now for meditating. Eighteen. My family was there for me more then ever before. Nineteen. I became more grateful. Twenty. I'm comfortable in my own skin. Twenty one. Discovered what my passion is that doesn't feel like work, but more like a hobby. Twenty two. I stick up for myself now, instead of putting myself now. Twenty three. I have friends that no matter how long time has gone, their there for me.
If you made it through this entire blog post, then think you so much for taking the time to read this personal post. Thank you x1000! See you soon. Love, Brittany My trip to Disney World is coming up in 2 months hehehe! As you can tell I'm very excited. I'm starting to look for swimsuits and collecting items for the trip. This swimsuit is from Old Navy. This week is also my birthday; May 16. I had a surprise party on Saturday with some of my family and my 2 best friends surprised me too. My sister bought me tickets to the Blue Jays game on my birthday! I'll be posting again this week. Love, Brittany These are the current makeup items I use everyday and have been on rotation. Moving into the warmer weather (hopefully soon) I like to keep my base makeup even more natural by apply as few layers as possible. Been trying this Clinique acne solutions foundation for 3 weeks and I really like it. Covers my imperfections but also gives me that natural coverage.I've been trying on eyeliner and smudging it for more of the messy look. Oh, one thing to take note about this foundation is you have to use with a beauty blende, because using a foundation brush doesn't apply it evenly or natural. It cakes it up. Of course the rest of the products have been featured before here on blog or on my instagram (a little self-plug)😉. Of course I highly recommend everything here and hopefully will have will see you all on Friday for another! Bye. Love, Brittany I hate Highlighters that look very unnatural and look like you want to show people that you wearing soo much highlighter. A highlight should "look" like your glowing from within, even though in reality your tired, having a bad skin day, or you've drank bottles of bottles of water! Some of my favourite highlights are primers and ones that you can mix with your foundation. Of course I have some sheen highlighters, but they don't look like straight up glitter (ugh hate those). All of these highlighters are still available because I want you guys to . be able to try them and love them like I do. BECCA HIGHLIGHTERS:
