This probably (for sure) the smallest Black Friday haul you have seen on the internet. Like I've said in a two or three post now; I'm having a clothes shopping block, just not feeling anything in store or if I like a few pieces I change my mind. BUT- I was so happy to shop for my family and friends this year. My mom took the day off and we went right when Yorkdale opened and checked off as many people as we could off our list. Surprisingly, it was very enjoyable-didn't get busy until we left which was 11:30. Don't get me wrong I did order a pair of boots I had been wanting; but shopping for others is my VERY thing about the holidays (especially for my cousins)! Love, Brittany

Its just so over whelming; so I'm doing something different, because not everybody shops on Black Friday, some people shop on Cyber Monday or wait till Boxing Day (Canadians and the UK celebrate that). I'm posting my Christmas Gift Guide now and going to recommend the Youtubers/influencers I go to for trusted advice. Scroll down for more! I'm not sure where my love-hate relationship started from. I do know that there is a way to find the shade that best suits you (look at your vanes on your writs and your undertone), but if you really love a particular colour then wear it! I do have one shade though that has a red hue to it, RIMMEL Kate Moss lipstick #107. Anastasia Glow Kit in Sugar -The shades are flattering for all skin tones -The formula of the powders is like no other; smooth, almost like 'wet' on the skin, and are super buildable -One of the powder highlighters I actually like -Makes for a perfect Christmas kit for that makeup loving junkie in your life GLAM GLOW makeup setting spray: -Smells like candy! -The setting spray is like nothing I've tried before, makes your skin glowly -Does help makeup stay on longer -I LOVE the spray, the mist is so fine and doesn't make your hair wet (always happened to me) -I now won't use any other kind now! LASHCRAFT Big Volume Mascara from Sephora -Love the formula -Super affordable (only $18) -I don't have any problems with it transferring or flaking off Dior Lip Sugar Scrub: -If your lips get super dry this time of year OR you wear liquid lipstick everyday YOU NEED TO USE A LIP SCRUB! -I love how with this one you don't need to wash it off, the scrub particles dissolve and leave a nice pink tint to your lips -Doesn't have a scent to it -If my mom uses it, then everyone will love it Hope you enjoyed my little review and it was helpful. Have a great week loves! Love, Brittany I have always loved matte eye shadows, but I still like other formulas as while - matte shadows though are more wearable for everyday in my option. These are the eye shadows and palettes I have used on and off for years; I do have others but these have always been in my stash. No fuss, easy to blend, and perfect for everyday. Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette Sigma brushes Charlotte Tilbury Real Techniques blending brush Burberry matte eyeshadows in Almond & Stone Sigma blending brush Chanel Ombres Contraste Duo in Taupe - Delicat Real Techniques brush Sigma eye shadow brush Charlotte Tilbury blending brush Love, Brittany (not sponsored) I haven't like anything I see in stores lately; I so picky now a days (I swear I feel like I spoke about this issue I'm having in some other post). So to finally see at least ONE top I liked was a under statement. I'am a sucker for stripes, I try not to buy anymore because that would be the only thing in my wardrobe. I also love stud earrings, they are so pretty, not to in your face, and also bright up your face personally. I have been looking for long-layered necklaces everywhere and this one is gorgeous! I did find tons on BaubleBar but they sell out quickly. The top is my BP. and so is the jewelry too. Love, Brittany
Happy Monday everyone, hope you had a great weekend and stayed warm (got a bit a snow and cold front over the weekend in Toronto). I have gone back and forth with using these products over years and some I just tried literally a few months ago. These items are perfect too if your in a pitch also. I am going to list two items that I unfortunately don't have because they were finished and I forgot to save it, opps! I found lots of great gift set this year, last year was a bit of a disappointment with selections so I was so happy to find some to check off my list. Of course I picked some items up for myself and I'm going back this weekend to pick up one more item for a Christmas gift. ((PRODUCTS SHOWN ABOVE)) -Sephora Face Mask Set -BUXOM Purfectly Plumping 6 Piece Mini lip collection -BUXOM Full On Lip Polish Holiday Ornament -Lash Craft Big Volume Mascara -Anastasia Clear Brow Gel -Glam Glowsetter -Tarte Limited-Edition Lash Delights Eye Essentials Love, Brittany MAC prep+prime in radiant rose, Chanel blush in rose initial, Chanel angled brush, Too Faced sweetie bronzer, Clinique even glow foundation, Charlotte Tilbury Contour wand, Lashcraft big volume mascara I love a more contoured look while still layering with bronzer in the cooler months, adds more life to your face. I'm very pale between Fall and Winter, I still remember being son terrified of bronzer now I can't be without it. I think when your wearing more scarfs, coats, lots of layers; you can get away with wearing more makeup (while still looking natural). I don't wear much eye shadow, but when I do its all about those brown - defined creases, some light shimmer colours, and eye liner. Of course I wear a nude lip or a darker nude cooler. When the Christmas season starts, that when I break out the dark plum and purple colours and maybe one red. Too Faced just peachy matte eye shadow palette, Clinique pretty easy liquid liner, MAC paint pot in bare study, Benefit goof proof brow pencil Urban Decay lip liner in Native, Bareminerals liquid lipstick in Slay Love, Brittany |
